U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has officially postponed his diplomatic visit to China following the spotting of a Chinese spy balloon over Billings, Montana, yesterday.
The People's Republic of China acknowledged the balloon is theirs but denied its intent was to spy on the United States.
