Turkey did indeed issue arrest warrants for buildings that collapsed during a deadly earthquake in the country in October 2020.
The earthquake, which had a magnitude of 7.0, struck the Aegean coast of Turkey and the Greek island of Samos, killing more than 100 people and injuring hundreds more.
