On Tuesday, Japan's Defence Ministry said that the unidentified aerial objects that flew over the country’s airspace in recent years could be Chinese spy balloons.
According to reports, the Ministry said that it ‘strongly suspects’ Chinese surveillance balloons have entered Japanese territory at least three times since 2019.
