Inside star Willem Dafoe, and the director of the film, Vasilis Katsoupis, came out for the premiere at the Metrograph in New York City Tuesday night.
Guests on the red carpet included Micky Dolenz, Cynthia Rowley, and Tory Kittles.
Dafoe took on the challenging role of appearing in almost every scene alone as a likable robber the audience is rooting for.
On why Katsoupis cast him, he said, 'When we started the project, I said there is no reason to make this film if we don't have as our hero an actor that the audience would want to watch on the screen for a long time.'
Dafoe doesn't disappoint as a high-end art thief trapped in a luxury, high-tech penthouse in New York after his heist does not go as planned.
Locked inside with nothing but priceless works of art, he must use all his cunning and invention to survive.
Catch the thriller in theaters on March 17.
