Nicolas Cage: 'Stan Lee is my surrealistic father'

'Ghost Rider' star Nicolas Cage has insisted he "doesn't need" to be in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but he has to be "nice" about such movies because he got his name from Stan Lee's comic book character Luke Cage.
