In a blow to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the head of the Wagner military group announced his forces will withdraw from Bakhmut due to a lack of supplies from the Russian army.
This comes after an alleged drone attack on the Kremlin, which Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Russia would respond to with "concrete actions."
