Sunday's presidential runoff poll in Turkey could be decided by expats and quake victims

As Turkey's election goes to a run-off on Sunday, 28 May, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is hoping voters in the southern earthquake region will endorse his moderate Islamic message and give him the edge in the poll.
