Ghost of Tsushima is an action-adventure video game developed by Sucker Punch Productions and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment.
The story follows Jin Sakai, a samurai who needs to protect Tsushima Island during the first Mongol invasion of Japan.
He is torn between choosing to follow the warrior's code to fight honorably or using practical and dishonorable methods to subdue the Mongols.
The gameplay features a large open world that can be explored on foot or on horseback.
When facing enemies, the player can choose to face them directly with Jin's katana or use stealth tactics and assassinate opponents, thus becoming the legendary warrior known as "the Phantom".
A multiplayer mode titled Ghost of Tsushima: Legends was later released and made available separately from the main game.
