The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested three railway employees in connection with the Odisha train tragedy.
The accident that took place in Balasore claimed the lives of more than 290 passengers.
All three employees are arrested under section 304 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), imposed for culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
The arrested accused are senior section engineer, Arun Kumar Mahanta, junior section engineer, Md Amir Khan and a technician named Papu Kumar.
