Volodymyr Zelensky and Rishi Sunak arrive at a gala dinner in Lithuania on Tuesday, on the first day of the NATO Summit.
Mr Sunak had earlier saught to "reaffirm" NATO's commitment to inducting Ukraine as a full member of the alliance.
