A man is in the Hamilton County jail on a $1 million bond after he was arrested for firing the bullet that traveled into the home of Isis Roseman, hitting her in the stomach.
Roseman, 26, was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where she died from her injuries.
She was pregnant with her fourth child when she died, according to Roseman's friend and former guidance counselor, who described Roseman as an incredible mother.
