This week Hunter Biden appeared before a Delaware federal judge who Biden, his attorneys and the DOJ anticipated would accept Biden’s plea agreement for two tax charges and a diversion agreement for the illegal purchase of a gun.
They anticipated the judge would ask no questions and simply rubber stamp the agreement and diversion documents.
