Sam Baity, a special agent for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, conspired with a prosecutor for the State of Georgia, Mark Post, fabricated a confession that they presented to a jury that never happened and asked the judge to enter into record that the entire confession was played in its entirety though it was not.
