Terror outfit 'Sikhs For Justice' (SFJ) has issued an open letter urging US Congressman Ro Khanna to question PM Modi on India's approach to Khalistan Referendum and treatment of pro-Khalistan Sikhs.
SFJ leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, in a new video, invokes the 1951 Refugee Convention, claiming that anyone pursued by Modi's government for endorsing Khalistan faces political persecution and may seek asylum in USA, Canada, Australia, UK, and EU.
