South Africa - Cape Town - 10 August 2023 - Shoppers in the Western Cape are feeling some of the fallout of the taxi strike as they are being met with empty shelves at grocery stores.
A visit to Pick n Pay in Tokai and Woolworths Food store in Lakeside was eerily, reminiscent of the Covid-19 experience.
