Jaime Reyes is a recent college grad who is looking for a job.
After working for Victoria Kord he gets fired but then her niece Jenny Kord gives him a scarab that transforms him into superhero Blue Beetle.
But now there's trouble because Victoria Ford wants her scarab in order to create super soldiers.
This puts Jaime Reyes and his family in danger leading up to a final showdown between Jaime's family and the bad guys.
The movie is directed by director Ángel Manuel Soto and produced for Warner Bros.
Discovery DC Studios by Peter Safran not yet with James Gunn.
