A former Met Police officer, Adam Provan, has been jailed for 16 years for raping a 16-year-old girl and raping a female colleague.
Met Police Assistant Commissioner Louisa Rolfe OBE says the case was "shocking" as she apologises for the "pain and suffering" caused by Adam Provan.
