Hello friends!
How are you?
Hope you all are healthy.
Welcome to our food blog foodandjyotshna.com.
Festivals is also near and I wanted to eat something sweet, so I thought today I will make suji laddoos.
This is a Gujarati sweet dish which is prepared in a jiffy, it is so mouth watering that you want to make it again and again, when we were young, my mother used to make wheat churma laddus during festival season and we used to make them with great pleasure.
Used to wait for the time when laddoos would come in our hands, it is a custom in Gujarat to make sweets on most auspicious occasions or festivals.
Tell me in the comment section, which home-made sweets have you eaten?
By the way, I like suji laddus very much and suji laddus are often offered in worship.
People often like to eat this dessert in winter because this recipe is prepared by adding jaggery, suji, ghee, dry fruits which is healthy and nutritious, it is also called healthy nutritional because it contains flour which is rich in proteins and carbohydrates.
Source, desi ghee which is a source of fat, jaggery is a source of carbohydrate and dry fruit is a source of healthy fat, amino acid, protein and mineral.
It is so delicious and sweet and it melts in the mouth.
