Many have speculated about a Directed Energy Weapon being used in Lahaina and even provided 'evidence' of rays beaming down from the sky.
Though these are valuable 'dramatizations' of the heat ray, in truth, the heat ray designed by Raytheon has no visible beam but is capable of starting fires.
The information floating around speculating on this is confusing by design.
By showing flawed, manufactured footage...actual researchers of the technology will dismiss a plausible 'Heat Ray' theory.
