Rafael Grossi, reappointed Director General of the agency, stresses that the agency was not abandoning Ukraine and the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, occupied by Russian forces since March 2022.
"We continue.
We are not going anywhere.
We will continue there,” he says.
