The fourth of five children, Monika Schaefer was born in 1959 to German immigrant parents in Edmonton Alberta Canada.
Although long having been an activist for peace, justice and environmental causes, it was not until the year 2011 that Monika began to learn that much of what we were being told about current affairs and most of what we have been taught about history was comprised of lies and deceptions.
Thus began her journey of political dissidence, along with her brother Alfred, resulting in both of them being incarcerated in German jails.
The short video entitled “Sorry Mom, I was wrong about the holocaust” produced in 2016 was the spark that changed Monika’s life.
