We're always looking for ways to give our customers more from our services so we're moving a small number who were on older rate plans to newer plans that will deliver them enhanced features, T-Mobile, via statement.
There will be an increase of approximately $10 per line with the migration, T-Mobile, via statement.
However, signing up for AutoPay can save you $5 per line.
If a customer doesn't want a new plan, they can reverse the change by calling T-Mobile's customer care.
Customers will have a certain amount of time to do so, though the exact period in which they must make the request has yet to be disclosed.
It's also not clear if customers who choose to return to their previous plans will be able to do so indefinitely... ... or if they'll be subjected to the forced change again in the future
