Could the Jewish community, and especially the same forces that launched a massive public relations campaign portraying Leo Frank as an innocent victim of "anti-Semitism," have something to do with his murder?
Why else would the New York Times (the flagship of Frank's publicity machine) create the fictitious "Knights of Mary Fagan" and position them as Frank's killers months before the lynching?
Is it part of their fear that the repulsive and perverted character of the rampaging Franks will undo all the good their propaganda has accomplished for the Jewish people?
The Jews of the time can be more accurately described as collaborators with the Ku Klux Klan in its attacks on blacks, but was there another reason why they sought to portray Jews as "victims of the Klan" in the public mind?
