Her latest film is “To The Trees,” a documentary that tells the story of the struggle to defend the forests of Northern California where tree-sitters, forest advocates, and Indigenous peoples are working to protect, reclaim and manage the remaining 2% of old growth redwood forests, and the second-growth areas that are beginning to become nurturing ecosystems again.
