On November 8th, 50-in-5 was formally launched with countries backed by the UN, Bill Gates, and the Rockefeller foundation.
It's a measure disguised under "digital infrastructure" for DIGITAL ID'S that will become MANDATORY in order to participate in regular society (in these 50 states, for now.)
