New details have emerged about the planning that went into Hamas' October 7 attack on Israel.
The revelations were made by Saudi-owned London-based Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper.
The report said the plan, which included terrorists selected from among hundreds of elite commandos in Gaza, began years earlier - prior to Operation 'Protective Edge' in 2014.
The report added that the final decision to launch the attack was made by just five senior Hamas members.
