Mr. Tucker continues presenting his defense today.
His first witness, Paula Belmonte, a victim of this alleged crime, maintains that Mr. Tucker was not involved and tried to tell her version of what happened that night from the hospital.
Unfortunately, she was too ill, and the judge eventually shut it down.
Mr. Tucker plans to play Paula's deposition today and call Travis Johnson's former attorney and an internal affairs investigator to testify about the mishandling of evidence in this case.
The state has already raised objections.
