Throughout her career, Mitchell has received 18 Grammy nods.
She's won nine Grammys and a lifetime achievement award.
Mitchell, who suffered a brain aneurysm in 2015, played her first show in over 20 years in June.
She had to re-learn "how to walk, talk and play guitar," BBC reports.
