Jesse Palmer is excited for the Big Game, including his former football team, the San Francisco 49ers, plus four-time Super Bowl champs, the Kansas City Chiefs.
To celebrate, Palmer says to keep it simple and shares a few tips to elevate your viewing party.
Tip #1: To make everything easy on game day, Palmer says try setting up a guac bar.
It lets guests customize their own guac and takes the pressure off the host.
Start with mashed avocados, a little lime, and salt.
Then, set out bowls with all the mix-ins, from onions, fruit, crunchy toppings, and Palmer's favorite, jalapeƱos.
Tip #2: If you want to whip up some guac but are unsure of a recipe, check out AFM's new first-of-its-kind AI-powered tool called guac-ai-mole --a recipe generator that makes guac-making a breeze.
Visit betterbowl.ai , upload a picture of the ingredients you have on hand, and leave the rest up to technology.
Guac-ai-mole uses image recognition to curate a personalized recipe.
Tip #3: Try getting ahead of the party.
Make sure to buy all your ingredients and supplies a week before so you are not scrambling the day of.
When it comes to avocados, to help ripen them and get them ready for game day, place them in a paper bag with a banana or a bowl full of uncooked rice or somewhere with plenty of sunlight to speed up the ripening process.
On the other hand, you can keep an avocado fresh longer by putting it in the fridge.
