In a significant development, Delhi Police announced the arrest of Riyaz Ahmed, a retired Army soldier, on Sunday, February 4, from the New Delhi Railway Station.
Ahmed is believed to be an active member of the proscribed terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).
