Special counsel Jack Smith wasted no time in responding to the Supreme Court over Donald Trump's request for a stay in his ongoing efforts to delay his federal election interference case with the bogus claim of presidential immunity.
It comes only one day after receiving the order from the Court and six days ahead of the deadline.
