Rishi Sunak says a vote for any party other than the Conservatives is "a vote for Starmer".
It comes as Labour overturn two Tory majorities in the Wellingborough and Kingswood by-elections.
The prime minister tries to assure voters that "if we stick with our plan I can give everyone the peace of mind that there's a brighter future ahead".
But surges in votes for both Labour and Reform UK are sending a clear warning to the Conservative Party ahead of the next general election.
