Lyudmila Navalnaya, mother of the late Russian opposition figure Alexei Navalny, seeks legal recourse after being denied access to her son's body at the prison where he died.
A court in Salekhard will hear her case on March 4.
She has appealed to President Putin, urging him to allow her to see Alexei's body for a humane burial.
Putin has remained silent on the matter.
