Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has challenged Prime Minister Rishi Sunak to hand back the £10 million donated to the Conservative Party by Frank Hester.
The CEO of software company The Phoenix Partnership is alleged to have made racist and sexist comments about MP Diane Abbott in 2019.
The government has admitted the remarks were racist but say they will not return their donor’s money.
