Ukrainian authorities have claimed that Russian forces dropped a new type of guided bomb on Kharkiv city, killing one person and injuring over a dozen others on March 27.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned the attack as "Russian terror." While the head of Kharkiv regional police, Volodymyr Tymoshko, said, "Moscow may have used a new type of guided bomb, which he described as the UMPB D-30." Watch
