In a wild turn in the U.S. House of Representatives, Speaker Mike Johnson has just announced plans to separate aid to Israel and Ukraine into separate bills.
This all comes after more than two months of GOP leadership stalling aid to both nations, after a Senate bill combined aid into a single legislative decision.
