This looks like a joke.
The unfortunate thing is that tthis is all too real.
This woman of color is getting triggered but white people being happy.
She says that white people that are joyous are oppressing black people.
She proceeds to demand money from whiites because of it.
A pathetic attitude if we ever saw it.
