Vassos starred as a contestant on the pilot season of The Golden Bachelor , quickly becoming a fan favorite before departing the show in the third week due to a family emergency.
61 year old Vassos had been married for 32 years before entering the world of reality TV, and decided two years after her husband's passing in 2021 that she was ready to put herself out there again.
The series is set to debut this fall, airing Wednesday nights on ABC.

The event will take place weekly from November 29 to December 23 outside the company's headquarters in Kansas City.
