Sir Keir Starmer says he has 'changed Labour permanently'

Sir Keir Starmer targets undecided Middle England voters in his first keynote speech of the campaign as he claims he has "changed Labour permanently".

Speaking at a campaign event in Worthing, West Sussex, the Labour leader also says that he puts "people first and party second" before adding that Rishi Sunak "hasn't learned a thing" after "Tory chaos".
