Because of a recent spate of interviews, in which to soon to be sixty year late Baby Boomer said that she was ready to settle down and find her guy - sans the dating apps - because she's so traditional.
Once again the so-called "gender wars" in Black America was ignited, with things breaking down largely along gendered lines: Black women see Vivica as being singled out for scorn and derision, seeing in her themselves; while Black men see Vivica as being emblematic of the kind of Black woman who squanders her best years messing around with F-boys and only now, firmly in the AARP camp, is she "ready" for a "real relationship".
