In this video, I do a catch and cook while jetty fishing in Dana Point, CA!
It's was supposed to be surfperch catch and cook, but I ended up doing a really fun Rock Wrasse catch and cook on the jetty :D This recipe is as simple as simple gets, all it is was fried rock wrasse in corn oil, then seasoned with one soy sauce packet.
The dish itself was okay, I'd only give it a 3/5, but it was good enough for me c: It was a great day of fishing, lost a huge bat ray but that was okay, caught one dinky black surfperch or butter perch, and caught a dinky California sculpin as well.
Two Rock Wrasses were caught then cooked up towards the end :D
