The Georgia Court of Appeals set an October date to hear President Donald Trump’s appeal to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from her case against the former President for Georgia election interference.
Even though Judge McAfee noted that an “odor of mendacity” – lying – permeated DA Willis’ testimony regarding her relationship with Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade, he allowed Willis to remain on the case.
