Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer and shadow education secretary Bridget Phillipson visited a nursery in the West Midlands on Monday morning as the party announced plans to deliver 3,000 nurseries.
Whilst talking to parents, Sir Keir noticed a curious toddler playing with his shoes.
