So let me explain this one.
We at Action Radio provided a viable scenario with the Dali ramming the Francis Scott Key Bridge that the ship GPS was "spoofed" by the Chinese, using one of the many harbor cranes they own, for "line of sight" transmissions, to then take over the power and steering controls, and ram the bridge.
We found a rehearsal to this in Canton, China a month earlier...
