Eight former SpaceX employees are suing Elon Musk, alleging sexual harassment and workplace discrimination, accusing him of creating a toxic work environment where women are treated as sexual objects and subjected to lewd banter.
The lawsuit, filed on June 12, claims that those who challenge this culture are told to find employment elsewhere.
SpaceX did not respond to NBC's request for comment, but earlier this week, SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell defended the company, praising its achievements and Musk's character amidst previous complaints.
This comes shortly after Musk dropped a separate lawsuit against OpenAI and Sam Altman.
