Justin Timberlake has been arrested.
According to ABC News and CNN the pop singer has been arrested by local police in Sag Harbor, New York for allegedly driving while intoxicated.
The arrest in the Hamptons took place on Monday night and Timberlake is expected to make a court appearance on Tuesday facing a DWI charge.
The incident comes a day after the singer posted a sweet Father's Day message on his Instagram.
