07/02/2024 ANC: The Attorney General of the Philippines says he will file a quo warranto case against the mayor of Banban, Alice Guo.
A quo warranto is a legal action by the government to remove an unqualified official, after the National Bureau of Investigation concluded that the mayor's fingerprints matched those of Guo Huaping, a Chinese citizen.
