Kevin Hoyt, self identified Governor of Vermont and 2024 candidate HAS BEEN ARRESTED.
He was looking for Police Chief Bill Humphries in Fair Haven (Bill wasn't there lol) and was pulled over with a really crazy excuse where he was taken into custody at 5:55 on July 4th.
You can't make that up.
