The Crimson-Sapping Cracked Tear is a key item in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree.
It can be mixed into the Flask of Wondrous Physick to allow you to regain health every time you land an attack on an enemy.
To get it you need to defeat the Furnace Golem in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh.
