When you don't feel good it's hard to even be honest with yourself.

When you do decide to finally get help sometimes nurses or doctors aren't as helpful as they should be.

This video is to encourage you to be an advocate for your own health.

When I was in pain a few Doctors I went to for help laughed at me, I've heard this response from other people too.

Do your own research, take personal responsibility, and take your health seriously.

It's not normal to have symptoms, feel tired all the time, or be in pain.

Speak up, try different remedies, and don't give up.

You health, like anything, you get out of it what you put into it.

Eat clean, exercise, and don't get stressed out.

Take care of yourself, because nothing in your life will work if your health fails!
